http://variety.com/2014/film/news/abc-f ... 201282018/According to ABC, the one-hour special will document the origins and evolution of “Frozen,” including a look inside Walt Disney Animation Studios and interviews with the creative team behind the blockbuster animated film. Fans will hear from Kristen Bell (the voice of Anna) and Idina Menzel (who voices Elsa) as well as Walt Disney Animation Studios’ chief creative officer and “Frozen” executive producer John Lasseter, directors Chris Buck and Jennifer Lee, producer Peter Del Vecho, and songwriters Robert Lopez and Kristen Anderson-Lopez. The program will also feature insights and commentary from art director Mike Giaimo and members of the art direction, animation and effects teams, and show viewers the Norwegian villages and landscapes that inspired the look of fictional Arendelle.
The special also promises to reveal “exciting announcements about the next chapter of ‘Frozen,'” and a preview of the film’s characters — Anna, Elsa and Kristoff — in their upcoming appearance on ABC’s “Once Upon a Time.” The show will end with an exclusive sneak peek at Disney’s next animated film, comedy-adventure “Big Hero 6,” ahead of its Nov. 7, 2014 release.
We are thrilled to announce “Frozen Fever,” a new animated short that will premiere in the spring of 2015. The short will feature all of your favorite characters from Frozen along with an all-new original song by Robert Lopez & Kristen Anderson-Lopez!
Nessuno è più al sicuro, adesso. There are also rumours of a sequel and a stage musical. What can Menzel tell us of those plans?
“That they’re all in the works, ha ha!”
Is she signed up for them all?
“Ah, yeah sure… Not the stage show – I don’t know what will happen with that – but the movie hopefully. We’ll see. I’m just going along for the ride,” she says.
Come da copione, la smentita. Adesso passerà qualche annetto e sarà la Company ad annunciarlo.“You know, I have no idea,” Menzel admitted when asked about the possibility of a sequel. “I just assume because it’s so successful that that’s what they’re up to.”
Kristen Bell ci spera.“They haven’t green-lighted it yet,” she reveals. “There is so much speculation, mostly because people have wanted it so bad. They’ve read into quotes or otherwise. They definitely have not green-lit it. I would really hope they do, as all of our cast members would love to be involved. We’re twiddling our thumbs and trying to nudge them in the right direction.”
